Night of Broadway Stars
When: May 16, 2024
Where: Wortham Theater Center
What: Some of Broadway’s best vocalists are coming to Houston in support of Houston youth overcoming homelessness. The energetic evening will feature performances by Broadway stars who have had roles in a variety of popular musicals before a heartwarming performance by current Covenant House Texas youth as they share personal stories of how they found their way to Covenant House and the life-changing experiences they have had as a result. Night of Broadway Stars is chaired by Aimee and Wynne Snoots and will honor Susan and Mike Holland and Marek Brothers.
- Rita Harvey, best known for roles in Phantom of the Opera, Fiddler on the Roof, Fun Home, Heart Like a Wheel – The Music of Linda Ronstadt, Prince and the Pauper
- Richard Todd Adams, best known for roles in Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Pirate Wueen, Man of La Mancha, 4 Hands 2 Pianos
- Carter Calvert, best known for roles in Ain’t Nothing But the Blues, Smoke Joe’s Café, Cats, Always Patsy Cline
- Jeanette Bayardelle, best known for roles in Firm From the North Country, Color Purple, Hair, Shida
Guts + Glory
When: September 2024
Where: Rice University Robert L. Waltrip Indoor Training Center
What: The 2024 Covenant House Texas Guts + Glory Corporate Obstacle Challenge happening this fall will feature corporate teams facing off on the course and testing their limits while raising critical dollars to support youth experiencing homelessness. For one night only, rivals will come together for an exciting competition to showcase speed, endurance, agility and teamwork – all for the chance to bring home the glory!

Sleep Out: Executive Edition

What: For one night, Texas executives are giving up their beds and sleeping outside so youth vulnerable to homelessness in our community don’t have to. Join us for the annual Covenant House Texas Sleep Out: Executive Edition.
