Hope for the Holidays

Our lifestyles have all shifted, but our mission has not. Covenant House Texas remains committed to providing respite, respect and resources to homeless youth 18 – 24 years of age.

Every young person that arrives at our door is promised the opportunity to move forward in a caring environment that fosters growth. Our goal is to move each individual from crisis to independence, with love and guidance.

Immediate Hope

Your gift helps us provide relief and protection, three warm meals daily, a comfortable bed, and clean clothing to youth in need.

Interpersonal Hope

Your support ensures every resident receives case management, medical and mental health care, life skills classes, and faith-based services. Our Young Parents Program keeps children under the age of six together with their young parent(s) on our campus.

Independent Hope

Your contribution makes it possible for 18 – 24 year olds to receive job training and educational support, which are necessary for them to succeed independently.

Hope for the Holidays…and Beyond!

This Holiday Season, your gift of love will be especially impactful as we address expanded needs during the pandemic. Please consider making a gift of love to support homeless young people when they need it most.

Note that as part of the CARES Act passed in 2020, donors may deduct qualified contributions of up to 100% of their adjusted gross income (AGI) this year, of which 30% can be appreciated non-cash assets (i.e. stocks, mutual funds, real estate, business interests, etc.).
